The worst experience I've ever had! From the beginning they talked to me like I was dumb, they then took over a month to finalize my loan and then the finance manager called me yelling a From the beginning they talked to me like I was dumb, they then took over a month to finalize my loan and then the finance manager called me yelling at me as if I were a bad child which I proceeded to hang up on him three times in which I advised him I refused to speak to him again. He stated I could text him my insurance information, once I sent it to him and obviously sarcastically said "thanks for being so nice." He responded with "Thanks Mama, let me know if I can do anything personally for you." Wow. The audacity of this guy.., the finance MANAGER. After speaking to the other finance manager and expressing my frustration he simply laughed and stated "he didn't mean anything he is from a different country." As if that should excuse his behavior. I will never ever EVER buy another car from them and will spread the word to as many as people as possible to never EVER go there! More

We came in and Rich took us d This was the BEST car buying experience! My first one, and Rich was WONDERFUL! So far I am highly pleased with Toyota. We came in and Rich took us driving. He was patient and listened to what I was looking for. He went out of his way to make sure that we saw everything on the lot. Excessive, but it helped lead to my decision to by the Toyota RAV4. He wasn't pushy like I was expecting him to be. We came back after test driving at other places and requested him specifically. He was concerned about finding me the exact vehicle I was looking for. Amazing service! I cannot wait to see what else Toyota has in store. I have been very impressed from start to finish! More

Hang onto your wallet Went to this dealership to check out the 2016 Prius . Knew I wanted this model and make of car. Wanted to pay cash and did NOT have a trade in...so Went to this dealership to check out the 2016 Prius . Knew I wanted this model and make of car. Wanted to pay cash and did NOT have a trade in...so the risk to Karl Malone Toyota was minimal In fact, I had no intentions of buying a vehicle from K.M. as I had heard that the dealership engaged in questionable practices. But I found one ( Prius C ) that I truly liked and decided to buy it. So, the fun and games begin. After being shown a used 2015 model that had 32,000 miles on it, was beat up, from Texas, stunk like an ashtray ,driven in from a flood area , to being promised a look at a 2013 that apparently did not exist ..."oh, it's been sold" and "it's out on approval " I managed to get everyone steered to the one I really wanted. Finally agreed on a price and then the manager immediately wanted me to pony up more. No! Remember their risk was minimal. And I was told this model came with a back up camera. Then I found out no back up camera but the accessory department would install one on the following Monday. I was using my rebate money to pay for that camera. Then I get a call at home that if I still wanted to have a back up camera installed it was going to cost more and I would pay the difference. Never mind that it is stated in my signed contract that I am to have a back up camera and for the stated price.Maybe it is because I am a woman that the assumption was made that it would be easy to steal from me. Avoid these snakes. More
