I would not recommend the dealership only one employee. I normally work with Blenda Bench, which is ok I would give a 5 star rating to!! However, the last two times I have come in for service she has not be I normally work with Blenda Bench, which is ok I would give a 5 star rating to!! However, the last two times I have come in for service she has not been available. Those two times the customer service received was beyond disappointing. I will be contacting the dealership from here on out and if Blenda is not working at the time I need service I will seek another dealership to complete my maintenance and service needs. Karl Malone Toyota should re evaluate their staff within the service dept and seek employees like Blenda who care for their clients. More
