The customer service is too rated from the management, my sales representative Melvin to finance with Matt!!!! I have to take my Acura to closer locations for maintenance since I live an hour from your dea sales representative Melvin to finance with Matt!!!! I have to take my Acura to closer locations for maintenance since I live an hour from your dealership and by far I am disappointed regarding the customer service and lack of detail I am given at the other Acura dealerships or than Karen Radley . I will always buy from Melvin at Karen Radley . Every single person working that night and I was even shocked with the maintenance manager stopped in to say hi while I was getting my new car .
