Chris the service manager is exceptional at her job Just had Karmart Mitsubishi do the recalls on my Outlander, couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Chris the service manager is exceptional at her job, from scheduling, contacting me about parts, greeting me and handling co workers she is excellent at her skills. She communicated very clearly and took care of me like I was family. Can't say enough about the service at this place.
