I was looking for a very specific car for awhile. The first place I stopped yesterday was KarMart. Rick greeted me right away and was very friendly and accommodating. He listened to what my needs were and was respectful. I am not your typical car customer. I don't do car payments and I had a specific amount of cash I wanted to part with out the door. He took my daughter and I out for some test drives. There really wasn't a lot in my price range. Which I was aware of since I'd been car shopping for awhile. I was looking for white, low miles, 4wd, clean, and attractive. Pretty demanding for my price range but I knew if I was patient I would find something. We came back to the lot and he showed me a car that was near the front doors. I told him it was probably out of my price range because of the year and sticker price. He encouraged me to drive it anyways and keep my options open. Long story short, they were able to come down on the price enough that I bought the car. I got a great deal and they got a really happy customer. I worked with three guys during the purchasing process and was impressed by all of them. Professional, smart and very concerned about making customers happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my clients or friends. More
These guys are awesome. I was buying my very first car and it was a big (and scary!) deal for me. I came to KarMart, after visiting 5 different car dealerships. I was exhausted, and felt negative about my first car buying experience. My coworker who had recently purchased a new car, referred me t dealerships. I was exhausted, and felt negative about my first car buying experience. My coworker who had recently purchased a new car, referred me to KarMart. Having done a considerable amount of research with what I desired, and expected in a new vehicle. Knowing that I am a difficult person to persuade, I was thoroughly impressed with the professional manner in which I was respected, and given information to assist me in make a knowledgeable car purchase. I was greeted by Rich, who was kind, and easily approachable. After test driving only 2 different vehicles on the lot, the car chose me, and the atmosphere felt right. The next person to help me close the deal, was Fernando. Fernando is a genuinely personable closer, and made me feel comfortable by taking time to explain the different benefits, of both purchasing, and leasing a vehicle. Dan also assisted (and later helped us trade my fiancee's vehicle, less than a week later) with the deal. I appreciate the effort on all of the time, and and hospitable atmosphere from Andrew, who went above and beyond for me when it came time to do the paperwork, and financial aspects of the deal. I have since referred many people who compliment my car. Although the $100 referal fee is enticing, I refer people to KarMart, because it should be the first place they stop for purchasing a new vehicle! -Hannah More

Rich Regan is a very personable salesman who does not pressure you at all. He makes you feel like part of the family. He wanted to know about us and not just if we were going to buy a vehicle. Dan is a very compassionate manager. He and Andrew in financing worked with us to get the best deal possible. I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle to visit this dealership. It was a very pleasant experience. They even detailed our vehicle before you left the dealership. I went to this dealership after a couple weeks of back and forth emails with their Internet Sales Manager, looking to purchase the 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution GSR they had displayed in their front sh and forth emails with their Internet Sales Manager, looking to purchase the 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution GSR they had displayed in their front showroom. At that time, it was the only one in the Pacific Northwest with the options and color scheme that fit my needs. Listed at $41K MSRP with only 10 miles on the odometer, this was easily the most expensive car on their lot at that time. Needless to say, there was nothing professional about my entire experience, from start to finish with this dealership. At no point in the buying process was there an ounce of customer service displayed by "anyone" involved in the nearly 2 weeks it took me to purchase this vehicle. After all the financial games and obvious sales 101 tactics, I had spent around 12 hours in their waiting room, and driven up there from Issaquah on 4 different occasions. It has now been 3 weeks since I purchased and drove the car off their lot. I have attempted to contact them through emails, and phone calls, with no response to a minor issue with the trunk configuration. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, unless you have a month to spare, and enjoy headaches and horrible customer service through every step of your car buying experience. More
