Carolina was very attentive to what we said we were looking for in an SUV. She told us she was relatively new to the job, but any question we had she either gave us the answer or admitted she didn't k looking for in an SUV. We didn't feel at all pressured, but she did point out a few features the vehicle had that we were not familiar with. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, we mentioned concerns about our satellite radio service, some spots that were missed when the vehicle was detailed and the possible need for an adjustment in the rear hatch door lifts. When we returned from signing the papers in the finance office, Carolina had addressed all three of those issues. She had called the satellite service, went beyond the customer service rep to a supervisor who agreed to add the three free months of service to our existing contract after the service rep had told her that wasn't possible. Carolina had also taken her own cleaning materials from her desk and cleaned the spots that had been missed inside the vehicle. She also had a service tech talk to us about servicing the rear hatch problem. As she went thru the orientation of the vehicle's operating features with us she volunteered to program our cell phone in to the bluetooth feature of the vehicle which probably would not have been done if we had to do it ourselves! I have no complaints about my visit except that less finance staff was working on the day I bought my car because it was on Labor Day. That being said, Keith was an excellent salesman. I would not recommend purchasing ANY kind of warranty from them. Also, be aware of the fees at the bottom line. They charge an administration fee of $399 when others charge only $189. Overall, had an excellent experience at Shawnee Mission Hyundai. The only slightly negative perception was when we were greeted. Carolina and Michael were great to work with, we really appreciated them letting us test drive the car for a few days, which wasn't something other dealers were willing to do, and it was really helpful in deciding which car we wanted to buy. Carolina was our primary contact and we had a great time working with her. We could tell she just loves these cars and didn't have to sell us to hard to buy one, but just gave us the information and encouraged us in whichever direction we wanted to go.
