Throughout the entire car buying process, Carolina was patient, understanding, flexible, informative, and honest. Perhaps a car-buying first for me, Carolina treated my wife and I to breakfast and bottled water, compliments of her. (Thank you again Carolina!) Business Director Michael Downs was also outstanding. It is so obvious he respects every customer, new and those returning for another Hyundai purchase. Michael is definitely willing to work with you and never leaves you feeling confused or "muddied" through the car buying process. I sensed he was about as straight-and-narrow as any car dealership business director possible could. Thank you again to the entire Shawnee Mission Hyundai team! I have purchased many new cars and I can say that I have never had a better experience then what I encountered at Shawnee Mission Hyundai. From the moment I walked into the dealership until I drove off the never had a better experience then what I encountered at Shawnee Mission Hyundai. From the moment I walked into the dealership until I drove off the lot in my new 2011 Sonata I was treated like a king. Everyone from the front desk folks to the Service Manager went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase a Hyundai. My salesperson, Henry Frazier, spent time with me making sure I understood what the car had to offer and once I had made the decision to purchase Henry went over every feature on the vehicle. He even programmed my cell phone into the blue tooth system! I have since taken my Sonata back for scheduled maintenance on 2 occasions, even though I have to drive 40 miles, because the service department is simply the best. They make sure you understand exactly what is being done to your vehicle and keep you informed as the service is being performed. Bottom line, not only would I recommend the Sonata as a great car, I would encourage anyone thinking about purchasing a new vehicle to stop by Shawnee Mission Hyundai first. It quite possibly will be the last dealer you ever visit. More

Matthew did an excellent job during my recent purchase of a Hyundai Tucson. As a salesman, Jon Munro was not "pushy" but displayed a thorough and knowledgeable presentation in showing me the automobile that I was interested in. If a question was asked that he wasn't sure of the ans thorough and knowledgeable presentation in showing me the automobile that I was interested in. If a question was asked that he wasn't sure of the answer, he admitted that he didn't know, but would find out now instead of BSing his way thru it. He also was good on his follow-up. Lee Trusty was very good in the way he handled the negotiations of the deal. I was given almost everything I asked for. Michael Ball was also good in the way he introduced himself into the deal. One of my main concerns was that I have a car to drive when I bring the new car in to get my concerns taken care of. That was taken care of immediately. I'll highly recommend this dealership to my friends. This is the 3rd Hyundai that I have bought and I'm responsible for 2 other sales. More

Carolina was very attentive to what we said we were looking for in an SUV. She told us she was relatively new to the job, but any question we had she either gave us the answer or admitted she didn't k looking for in an SUV. She told us she was relatively new to the job, but any question we had she either gave us the answer or admitted she didn't know and obtained the answer from someone else at the dealership. We didn't feel at all pressured, but she did point out a few features the vehicle had that we were not familiar with. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, we mentioned concerns about our satellite radio service, some spots that were missed when the vehicle was detailed and the possible need for an adjustment in the rear hatch door lifts. When we returned from signing the papers in the finance office, Carolina had addressed all three of those issues. She had called the satellite service, went beyond the customer service rep to a supervisor who agreed to add the three free months of service to our existing contract after the service rep had told her that wasn't possible. Carolina had also taken her own cleaning materials from her desk and cleaned the spots that had been missed inside the vehicle. She also had a service tech talk to us about servicing the rear hatch problem. As she went thru the orientation of the vehicle's operating features with us she volunteered to program our cell phone in to the bluetooth feature of the vehicle which probably would not have been done if we had to do it ourselves! I have no complaints about my visit except that less finance staff was working on the day I bought my car because it was on Labor Day. That being said, Keith was an excellent salesman.
