My husband and I came in at around 7:00 in the evening just to look around at a few used vehicles. Tracy immediately came out to greet us. Very sweet and down-to-earth. Very informative and attentive but gave us breathing room also. Tracy went out of her way to help us even though that meant she had to stay late after closing time. It was important to her that we find a car that we were interested in and was within our budget. After finding 2 or 3 cars we really liked Tracy, Rebecca and another gentleman began moving cars around just so that we could test drive one Jeep that happened to be parked in the corner. It was already after 8:00pm but all three of them were happy to do it. After test driving 2 cars and deciding on one, Tracy, Rebecca and Sam, in finance, all stayed just to make sure we were taken care of, were happy and went home that night with our new car. They all worked so well as a team. Never before have I ever seen so much team work at a car dealership! And never have I felt so comfortalbe around all of the sales people. No one was ever pushy or rushed us and they were happy to stay for as long as it took to make us happy. I have to say that this was the best experience in buying a car that I have ever had! The people, the price and the customer service was just amazing! I will definately be back to do business with them when I, or my family, is in the market for another car. Thank you!! More
Bob Wright was very pleasant and friendly from the first day I met him. I told him what I wanted and he was determined to find me that car.He found me the color I wanted. I went to other dealers and weren't impressed with them. It wasn't a long drawn out process that I have experienced before. Everyone at the dealership was very nice. I am very happy with my car. It's the second one I have owned! I was referred to the dealership by a fellow employee here at work. I have referred others and will continue tell people about your dealership. More

Everyone treated us with the utmost respect for our knowledge, our time, and our sensibilities. There were NO high pressure techniques used to convince us their deal was better than others or their cars were better than others. (We experienced these techniques at other dealers and I, for one, was turned off by the preying on emotions technique used there.) Because of the great service and interest in us and in our satisfaction with the purchase of our new car, we chose to finalize the purchase with Dion and Shawnee Mission Hyundai. Great job guys!!! Scott was very patient while we waited for my wife and he was very helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the cars and I had no issuews or delays with trading in my own vehicle. There were several great cars. The only thing that I would change is instead of placing "internet price" online, actually give the price or at least have the prices on the vehicles. I understand you need to make someone like the car before they know but sometimes it is entrapment in the sense that you may fall in love with a car outta your price range. This is no reflection on Scott and I understand it is all car dealerships I just wanted to say something about it. More

Despite the busy Saturday, Jon met us at the door when we arrived and had the car ready for a test drive. In under three hours we had successfully traded in our older vehicle and had the keys to our new car. The management at Shawnee Mission bent over backwards to get us out the door in time to make an appointment we had later that day. I would recommend Jon and the crew at Shawnee Mission Hyundai to anyone whose looking for an honest, no nonsense car buying experience. More

When I went in to sign the papers everything was in order and really simple to process through. All questions I had were completely answered and they assured me that if I needed any more help with the car they would be more then happy to help.
