After over a week of searching for a vehicle and visiting two Kia dealerships (I was interested in a Kia Soul) a friend convinced me to go to Shawnee Mission Kia. We drove well over 100 miles and we were very confident in our expectations based on emails and phone calls. After our visit to the dealership, we knew they were different from any dealership we have ever purchased from. It is refreshing to have had such excellent service! Carolina always attended to our needs and kept us informed. Criss is very approachable for someone in her position, knowledgeable and clear about pricing and rebates. As a female buyer, I appreciate the honest approach. It hits home how much they believe in Hyundai when the people we bought from own one, too! Our saleswoman, Carolina drives a Sonata and the general sales manager, Criss had mentioned waiting on an Elantra to arrive for her son. We chose Hyundai for the cool style, safety and fuel economy (we LOVE it!)....we chose Shawnee Mission Hyundai because of the exceptional service provided by Criss Castle and Carolina Shirley. Carolina & the sales/administrative staff handled my sale expertly, with a minimum of fuss. I was told to clean out my car for trade-in before I even knew if I was approved. I think it should have been the other way around.
