I came into this dealership having done extensive research on different makes and models and was prepared to make a purchase on the same visit. Scott was always available via text, email or phone pr research on different makes and models and was prepared to make a purchase on the same visit. Scott was always available via text, email or phone prior to my purchase and he stayed in communication up to the time of my visit. I had been in this dealership with a friend for the purchase of her own Hyundai and was pleased with the time and courtesy he gave her on her visit and I knew that if a Hyundai was in my future I would be back to deal with him also. He knew what I was willing to pay for the make and model I was looking at and tried hard to get me within that range. The process of negotiation was a little bit prolonged with Scott being the "middle man" but I feel he worked in my best interest to get the deal done. It was a week night in which I came over after a long work day so I would have liked to be in and out of there in less time but overall the process was fairly seamless. I did feel a bit rushed at the end during the finance portion as it appears that they only have one finance officer for the new car sales department and they were trying to process several sales that evening. Overall.... the experience was a good one with great communication and thoughtfulness to me as the customer. I look forward to my service needs at this dealership and hopefully they are efficient, honest and just as friendly as Scott Thouvenell. Thanks Scott!!!!! More

Carolina was great to work with! I had a difficult time making up my mind what I wanted and changed my mind several times. She never pressured me and accommodated all my changes. She tried to find me a car within a several state radius but didn't have any luck. She kept in constant contact with me while I waited for a car to arrive. I paid sticker price for my 2011 Elantra (no discount at all) but that is what was happening at the Hyundai dealerships in the KC area (I called around) due to the model change in 2011 and supply vs demand. However, I do feel they gave me a fair price for my trade-in vehicle. More
