We chose Shawnee Mission Hyundai Used Dealership off of 67th and I-35. I was referred to Rebecca by another sales lady my mother had spoken too. As soon as I walked in she had a huge, warming smile. We sat down and she asked what price range I needed to stay around. I had my heart set on a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, but after working the numbers it was still a little out of our price range. She said lets make an appointment and come back in the next day. I arrived a 4 pm. She then drove my mother and I to another dealership that Hyundai owns and we looked at a few cars. THEN I saw the one I wanted. She called her manager and I got to drive the car back to the Hyundai dealership, Such a smooth ride!! By 8pm the numbers were worked and right at my price range!!! You know what pisses me off more than anything ? Before you purchase a vehicle it's all about the customer. Once the deals done you are moved to "non priority " status. I left 2 messages this past w/e concerning the registration paperwork I was to get from Hyundai. 1 was left with my "salesman " Tim whatever. Who I felt didn't do much selling and I don't think he knew much about the vehicle I was interested in either. The other message was with the fast talking financier Michael whatever. Neither of them returned my call so Monday I had to call and speak with the sales Mgr. I'm not sure how much money you need to spend to get some post sale customer service from this dealer. It's pretty disappointing. More

I came into the dearlership as a drive by not thinking there was anyway I could get the car I wanted. To my surprise Frank Bellmeyer my sales person was great with follow through from the time I came in there was anyway I could get the car I wanted. The finanace office was easy, clear and I understood everything very easy. They worked with me on my down payment and actually called me on my cell to ask what would they as a dearlership have to do to get me to come back in and buy the car I relly liked. I was at Gladstone Dodge ready to buy a car there when they called me and said they would work with me and come back in.
