Avoid this dealership. They did a $159 four wheel alignment (not called for by Hyundai at this mileage interval), a $150 "fuel injection cleaning" (again, not called for) and told her she needed a $20 "oil additive" b/c her oil change was 10 days late. I called seeking an explanation and am still waiting for a return call. Needless to say, we won't be back. You can make a sale or make a customer. You guys "won" the game yesterday, but will lose in the long run employing these tactics, especially with relatively uninformed people who trust you to service their vehicles. Oh, and she had to return the call after it was worked on b/c check engine light mysteriously popped on. More

My bf went on his own and bought from an individual and got a super expensive truck and well, that was, i feel, a very bad decision. Dodge truck with 7 mpg on the hwy! But , Nadia did reach out to me and also was very polite and helpful. It personalized my experience, even through the phone. Now 6 months later, Nadia sent me a text message just checking back in with me. What better customer service could one ask for?! And i never spent a dollar there. I would though. So check out their website if you want a fair deal from a dealership. They have a car in your price range A good one. More

Ali, my salesperson, and Morgan at KC Hyundai found exactly the car I wanted at another dealer, had it on the ground for me with at Victory Hyundai. They've been very friendly and helpful and gone out of their way to meet my needs. Great to work with! More
II had the MOST disappointing Auto purchase experience ever!! The car was misrepresented!! It had undisclosed body damage, was NOT serviced and was dirty!! I drove out to this dealership from Va, 1060 mil ever!! The car was misrepresented!! It had undisclosed body damage, was NOT serviced and was dirty!! I drove out to this dealership from Va, 1060 miles each way! The car had to be trailered back the last 350 miles from Zanesville, Ohio to Virginia due to a front wheel bearing noise and failure!! The low coolant light also came on during the return trip!! This car was NOT serviced of checked out prior to being advertised for sale!!The salesman Darren was Totally unqualified and NOT helpful. The dealer has NOT returned my calls concerning this experience!!The dealer lied about mandatory financing or the price would be an additional $1000.00 if payment was by cash!!In my nearly 60 years of purchasing well over 30 cars, this by far has bee been the WORST car purchase EVER!! I set an appointment to test drive & purchase a car. Got a confirmation of my appointment from them the next morning, and while I was driving there they texted that the car had sold earlier that mornin Got a confirmation of my appointment from them the next morning, and while I was driving there they texted that the car had sold earlier that morning. Not sure why they confirmed my appointment and then let me know an hour later that the car sold. I pulled over and called the sales rep I set the appointment with, and he did tell me that he let me know as soon as he could, because he didn't want me to drive there and 'waste my time,' since the car was sold. Appointments apparently mean nothing. Take the employee's advice and don't waste your time. More

I understand that I purchased a used car at a lower price, but I still expected a minimum level of due diligence and integrity from the dealership. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The vehicle had several issues soon after the purchase. While the dealership did assist with fixing the exhaust — which was quite literally falling apart — that was the only real support I received. For other necessary repairs, they claimed to cover the labor, but then significantly upcharged the cost of parts — in some cases by nearly 200%. After checking with multiple shops in Lawrence, I found that I could have had the same repairs done elsewhere for less, even with labor included. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership. The lack of transparency and inflated pricing, especially on a vehicle that clearly wasn’t properly inspected before being sold, points to a serious lack of integrity. More
