Lower standards of service My car was not washed after the oil change. My sirius radio was not working. No attempt was made to fix it without trying to charge me. I had to go om youtube to research things about the car radio the dealer could have done that would have taken 2 seconds. The quality of service has declined tremendously at this dealership. I have been looking for a new car and I will not repurchase a Kia. Sad because I use to love the service I recieved. More

Wonderful service! This is my second time coming for an oil change. The people there are extremely friendly. $36 and a car wash is included! I have been a Kia car over 15 years; but after purchasing my last vehicle I resolved I would not buy another Kia. The customer service has went to the dogs. I began coming to the Canton dealer for service because Glassman where I have purchased my cars service is awful. I beginning to feel that way about Canton. I have received several letters from Kia dealers to buy my car. I have already start looking at other models for when I do decide to purchase; because it will not be another Kia from anywhere. More
