My car was overdue for an oil change. I was hesitant to come in for a walk-in appointment because I had another important appointment the same morning. Harold got me in and out in a timely manner (and even earlier than I expected) so that I would not be late to my health appointment. Jaz was awesome with her customer service and how she spoke to me and kept me updated. I also watched how she interacted with other customers and she does a wonderful job; great communication skills. The service is always good here, but this time is was exceptional and I am grateful! More
