Poor sales support Bought a 2007 F150 with the assurance that it was taken care of & good mechanically condition. Bought on good faith thinking as it would be safer than Bought a 2007 F150 with the assurance that it was taken care of & good mechanically condition. Bought on good faith thinking as it would be safer than using Craig's list or a personal purchase> WRONG.. With less than 20 days, had to replace the radiator & then had to get new bearings for the front end. They first declined that there was a problem with the bearing as their mechanics could not fix it. One local stop in Buffalo, they found the problem & fixed it. Of course I have put out over a $1000 on repairs that should of been fixed by the dealer. I first gave a positive review as this all happen the next day but I wouldn't trust this dealer as I have expressed to friends & co-workers. More

He was responsive to my questions and did a great job locating a truck around my budget and with my preferred options. He came up with an acceptable financial package combining my trade-in and incentives with the truck cost. I also like that he didn't guess at answers to my questions. If Barry wasn't sure, he took the time to find out and give me a good answer. I have previously purchased a truck from Juettner Motors and Barry did an outstanding job representing the quality of this dealership.
