I was working with a sales professional by the name of Cade. He was extremely helpful, and was not at all a pressure salesman. Even to the extent that he had gone out in the network and had found what i was looking for, as the Super Duty pickup with options i had wanted was hard to come by. I would definitely recommend Cade and the Juettner organization. More
2023 Ram 2500, front tires wearing the outside edges, took it in at 5600 miles they rotated the tires and aligned the front end. 13,000 miles front tires still wearing the outside edges. When I brought it in they asked if I pulled anything with it, I replied my 5th wheel camper maybe 1,000 miles, it's a 2500 Cummins I should be able to pull with it. New truck, I said I would like new tires after you fix I won't know if it is fixed because the tires were all wore unevenly already. I was told Ram would never warranty tires, they wouldn't even ask. The touch screen also has issues the gauges don't work correctly if at all had it in last October they told me after looking at Ram would be coming out with an over the air fix. Never did after looking at again a few weeks ago I got the same answer, no fix. I think the worst part was when I looked at the slip when they were done and it said no abnormal tire wear but they changed the alignment again. Fairly insulting, I do know what abnormal tire wear is and I doubt these tires will make 26,000 miles.It doesn't seem like they make much of an effort to help the customer more geared towards the manufature. It seems like they should be working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue and satisfy the customer, almost felt bullied. More

Had our Jeep towed to Juettners on July20, 2023. It had under carriage damage from hitting a piece of concrete in the road. It sat there for two weeks before they put it on the rack to estimate the damage. In the mean time, we had to rent a car from July 21 to the date it was finally fixed, August 30, 2023. At almost $100 a day for the rental, we paid almost as much for the rental as the repair bill. Two weeks of that rental bill, Juettners didn’t even bother to look at the vehicle. The level of incompetence is mind boggling. They take no responsibility for what other body and service shops know is the standard operating process. Juetners should be ashamed of their methods of operation, but apparently they are not competent enough to know better. Shameful place of business. More
I drove my car there on 1-23-23 to get new instrument cluster programmed to car and after having my car over 3 hrs longer than supposed to they pushed the car out no longer starts and they are unwilling cluster programmed to car and after having my car over 3 hrs longer than supposed to they pushed the car out no longer starts and they are unwilling to fix it. They don't take any responsibility, i had to pay to tow it 35 miles home, they erased my keys programming so the car is junk. They said they programmed the key, liars 2 keys are needed for that and i only had 1. They victim blame. Blaming it on the starter, transreceiver, wiring.... When any person can see they triggered the PATS security system by the flashing light and code 15( key not programmed to car). They are rude, incompetent and down right liars and thieves.. And the best part.. They told me to take it to a mechanic! I replied.. Thought that's what i did but apparently not.. DROVE CAR THERE, TOWED IT HOME.. NOW IT'S JUNK THEY SHOULD PAY TO GET NEW KEYS CUT AND PROGRAMED TO CAR! AND THE MANAGER KNOWS NOTHING WHEN I TALKED TO HIM ALL HE COULD SAY WAS I DON'T HAVE A ANSWER FOR THAT.. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! Codes on car 1260 and B1601.. No PATs Issues obviously before their so called mechanic touched my car since i drove it there.. And they didn't bill me.. since they claim they did nothing wrong wouldn't i get a bill?? And under my service reports... No info available for that day... They don't want to admit their mistakes.. Causing me to no longer having a car that starts.. And is now junk.. Will be suing them to get compensation for cost of my car. AVOID THESE LYING CROOKS More
Morgan Hauer and crew did a great job answering my multitude of questions over several days and got the deal as a result. Some others were slow to respond or didn't respond at all.
