Took my wife’s new grand Cherokee L in for an oil change and mentioned to him some noises I was hearing that I believed were abnormal. knowledgeable. Troy and the technician assigned to my vehicle spent a lot of time and effort trying to figure it out. While it still remains a a mystery what is causing the creaks, they could assure me that it was not a safety issue, which gave me the confidence to bring the car back to my wife. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into my concern where most others I believe would have brushed this off. Also appreciate checking for recalls and getting it taken care of while the car was with them and not having to setup a new appointment. More
