Young women representing service department was delightful. I should have gotten her name. I was there 3 1/2 hours for a job projected to take 2 max. There was only one customer service manager working showed up today, out of I think 4 or 5. She was fantastic!! I'll probably look for a different place to have my car serviced in the future, because what if the one service manager is legitimately sick??? What would they do if none of them showed up? This place was always great, but now I seriously question their reliability. Also, there was a really weird smell in the waiting area - like old, cheap air freshener. More
