Last week my 14 month old RAV4 Hybrid battery died in my garage... so dead that I could not jump it my self. They went above & beyond locating a battery and retrieving it from 90 miles away. By the end of that day it was installed. The shuttle service drove me home & back to Jordan as I needed. This is the first time I needed the shuttle and the first time my visit wasn't just routine maintenance. I felt listened to and completely accommodated. Several service associate in many positions checked in with me. Excellent attention even though they were quite busy. Issue resolved. More
I go to Jordan Toyota because they have a reputation for providing quality service that is a tier above anyone else in the area. My only complaint is a tendency to upsell services and/or replacement items prematurely, which is why I’m giving three stars. Several times I have visited and had service advisors recommend services or replacement items that have been done very recently and do not need to be performed again or replaced at that time. These items are deceptively listed as “critical” condition, as in needing service or replacement immediately, when in reality they have several thousand miles, if not tens of thousands of miles, of life left in them before action is required. This is not a problem for someone who is mechanically inclined and understands when the recommendations being made are overkill and not yet needed. However, my grandmother (and the majority of customers) would not know the difference, and simply end up paying for services that they simply do not need. Would I recommend to my grandmother? No. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes, but consider a second opinion before paying for additional service recommendations if you are not mechanically inclined. More
