We were looking at new cars this past weekend and stopped in Jones when they were closing. Without any strong pressure to buy the new car, as one might expect, he presented all the benefits in a way that was helpful and informative - and enticing, I might add - but was equally engaged in showing us the used vehicle, and as generous with his knowledge regarding such. Entering a showroom was a little daunting for me and I was probably dreading the interaction but I cannot honestly recall because in actuality it was truly a pleasant learning experience.
