Jones's so called "salesman" Steve pagotto was the most insulting salesperson I ever met. He would only talk to me and the vehicle was for my wife. She kept asking him questions, but he would only the most insulting salesperson I ever met. He would only talk to me and the vehicle was for my wife. Because of this, we will never buy a vehicle from the Jones organization again let alone ever go in there either. We will give our service/sales business to the other Hartford county Toyota dealer. We've heard some very good things about them over the last few years. We just haven't had a need to use them until now. More

Rachel was wonderfully thorough and considerate in returning my car after service (checking to see that billing was correct, checking o for service. My husband and I were going to drop off a tire for a slow leak; however, the service manager took us immediately even though we did not have an appointment. My experience purchasing my new Toyota Camry at Jones was the best I have ever had purchasing a new or used car. My past experience purchasing vehicles has not been the best, I actually put off purchasing a new vehicle for several months because I didn't want to go through the hassle, to my great pleasure Jones was nothing like I've experienced in the past. Jones is a lot of really nice, informed, and honest people, doing a great job. No hassles or pressure, what a delight! Jones Junction dealership really has a lot too offer. I have brought a many of cars in my life, and I must say JONES JUNCTION TOYOTA IS THE BEST EVER.
