I contacted Jones beacuse I knew someone on staff, even though it is a little bit out of the way from where I live. I was also pleased about Jones participation in summer youth employment programs, giving though it is a little bit out of the way from where I live. I have not bought a new car for 19 years. I do not like haggling nor bargaining, and I told them this up front. I wanted a Prius, and I had done my research, so I knew exactly what I wanted and what the price should be. I told them this ahead of time. What I wanted more than anything was a simple sales transaction, and that's what I got: no haggling, no pressure for extras I didn't want. The experience was peaceful and pleasant. All the staff who I met were friendly and seemed happy to be working at Jones. They make me look forward to bringing the car back for service to meet more of them. Adam seemed most patient and thorough in demonstrating the workings of the new car. Jones gave me exactly what I wanted. JONES for a lifetime was the one thing that I really liked most of all. Its includes free oil and filter changes for the life of your ownership, free pickup and delivery of your vehicle within 50 miles liked most of all. They have a free car wash at the dealership as well thats open until 7pm I think. You can just run your car through there at any time free of charge. Feel free to just browse their lots , a greeter will come out and ask whether you want to see a salesman or not, so theres no pressure there. I wouldnt buy a Toyota anywere else. More

Once found we went in, worked with everyone to close the deal and we where driving out of there in our fantastically new V6 Pacific Blue RAV4. Everyone was courteous, friendly, helpful and thorough through every step of the process. We have not purchased a new car before this one in many years so having such a great experience made it all less intimidating.
