Our Ford pickup was damaged took it in to Jones body shop, had the appraisal done everything was a go. Called Angelo after about a week to see about getting started on the pickup, he let me know that he shop, had the appraisal done everything was a go. Called Angelo after about a week to see about getting started on the pickup, he let me know that he would contact me,( and seemed to be quite emphatic about it) when things were a go. 7 weeks later still no word from Angelo, called an left a message still no word from him. Went down to the dealership to find out some info about the situation, Obviously Angelo answers to nobody, he came with the dealership. I will return to my dealership that is 3 hrs away, I get a lot better service there, plus Wonderful PR. More

Great customer service, friendly staff. Great sales man people. My only concern was the truck inspection that vehicles get at this dealership. 3 days later low oil light come on. One rancho in the front. Rear shocks not working. I bought a ford truck from a ford dealership, small details could get a customer satified. Simple stuff like running the truck thru shop and replacind anything that is wrong with it. That way you get repeat customers and recomendations. That was my experience. Shop needs to replace any parts and if they said oil got changed to make sure they change it. More
