We had several less than satisfactory experiences with other dealers when we contacted Jones Ford Verde Valley. Joe Gonzales and Parker, Joe's general manager, went out of their way to make us comfortabl other dealers when we contacted Jones Ford Verde Valley. Joe Gonzales and Parker, Joe's general manager, went out of their way to make us comfortable with their open and accommodating approach to selling us the truck we were interested in. We drove for about 90 minutes each way to visit the Verde Valley dealership and would happily do so again to purchase another vehicle. He also made the necessary arrangements to have my vehicle delivered to my home. Frank and Rick delivered the car safely and in top condition. Frank explained again the various keys on the console. I had left my paperwork at the dealership and Joey found it. He let me know he had placed it in there glove box. They definitely listened to the buyer. I am thankful for their honesty and integrity.
