Chris, the service manager at Jones Ford in Shallotte has always been great to work with. This is a smaller dealership that makes their customers feel appreciated...not just another "number" as the saying g always been great to work with. The service was great, prices are more than fair, and appointments were easy to make. I highly recommend giving them a try, even if it may be a little longer drive than your local dealer. More
