Jones Ford Shallotte

I found a Chrysler 300 that they had advertised online. We worked a deal over the phone. When I showed up I started noticing that some of the features that were advertised were not on this car. I completed the purchase anyway and realized how I was unsatisfied with the car so I went to trade it in 2 days after the purchase. The dealership that I tried to trade it into noticed that the VIN numbers did not match the VIN numbers of the car that they sold me. I ended up having to make three trips from Wilmington to Shallotte (over 200 miles). They did refund my money but this was a huge inconvenience not to mention the gas wasted. I'm not sure what laws were broken by selling a car with the incorrect Vin but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
