Tried to get a truck under warranty worked on two different times and the service department was horrible to deal with. Bought the truck from this dealer and couldn’t get them to fix an emissions pro different times and the service department was horrible to deal with. Left their dealership and drove to another one and had fixed within two days. Never go back to this dealer again More

Basically, my car was misdiagnosed. The second time of bringing the car in within 2 weeks. Both times there were notes put on the service appointment that the car was making a noise. The first time I was told that I needed rotors and brakes on the back. $500. I got my car back and it was still doing the same thing. So I dropped it off again and noted that there is still a noise. The mechanic called me the day of the appointment and wanted to know why the car was back as It only had a multipoint inspection on the work order. He was then notified of the car still making a noise & not riding smooth. To which I was told a wheel spindle or some sort would be needed. Another $500. I then asked my service advisor if my warranty would cover these repairs. I was told no. I have a extended warranty plan that I purchased when I bought the vehicle. Along with the warranty forever. I was told that my car would be “covered from bumper to bumper” when I got this car. However, each visit to the dealership had been costly. Tessa did call me back and stated that the extended warranty did cover the wheel spindle but there would be a $250 deductible. On the printout of the services done, it stated hub bearing. From what i could see, hub bearings are also covered under the warranty forever as well? It would be nice if all warranties are checked prior to giving a price. I do understand some things aren't covered. However, I feel like I was given the run around and wasn't satisfied with the misdiagnosis. I feel as if the mechanics were informed of what was going on, it would've been fixed the first time around. Which would have been a repair covered under my warranty. When I walked in to get my vehicle, I was not greeted nor thanked by my service advisor. The other workers were friendly. I'm not sure if she was mad that I was persistent about my warranty being checked, having a bad day or what the issue may have been. I try not to be troublesome and rarely leave reviews. This situation needed to be brought up in hopes of possibly not running into the same issue in the future. I'd recommend checking all warranties prior to calling the customer and looking at the reason/alerting the mechanics of why the car is brought in. The car was dropped off over night at each appointment. So the only communication of what was wrong was put in the comment section of the appointment when it was scheduled online. I am very thankful for the quickness and ease of appointments. My car is running great after being fixed the second time and I have no complaints. Kudos to the mechanic for fixing my car. I just feel as if things could have been handled a whole lot better. I bought the car with a understanding that it would indeed be covered from “bumper to bumper”. It was surprising to hear otherwise. So, a detailed conversation with future buyers of what isn’t covered would also be a recommendation. That way there aren't any surprises when others are in the same predicament. I am appreciative of the services rendered. I did this review to simply bring awareness of the few issues I encountered. More
