They treat us with respect and seem to be transparent in the work they do unlike Serra! We never feel like we are taken advantage of and they take car shield ! Service was quick. States that a tire rotation was done which it was not . Tire pressure wasn’t even set to the appropriate tire pressure and was still showing the exac States that a tire rotation was done which it was not . Getting charged for a rotation that was not completed is falsified documentation. More

The service writers Tessa, Crystal and I think Cody are all amazing. Beautiful building and beautiful people are a great to see when you need service. It was a solenoid issue but they were able to fix it with no issues since. Now my air conditioner problem was a problem. I told Cody my compressor was bad. The technician said it had a small leak and it just needed a little freon. After all day the technician said that the small leak wasn't the problem? THE TICKET STATES.... CUSTOMER STATES THE COMPRESSOR IS BAD!!!!! They had the truck all day!!!!! So I give them another chance to replace the COMPRESSOR. The second day they had the truck..... No one even looked at it. They walked by my truck that was parked in the service parking spot right at the FRONT door to the service department with my keys in the service key drop box, Talked to smart xxx manager I think and he ........ Nevermind. I believe he was worthless. I told him I was coming to get my truck and took it to Dyersburg Chevrolet. They had it going with a new compressor in just 2 hours? Jones Chevrolet managers and technicians need to learn to be professionals. After having my truck for two day and not fixing it they still charged me over $300.00. Now wait! What? You charged me for not fixing my truck? Not even looking at it one day and you still charged me???? How is that possible? Is it even legal? I still don't understand. Are your technicians just cardboard cutouts standing around in the shop? You charged your customers a professional labor rate but you can't fix a that states on the ticket what is wrong with it. The customer states the COMPRESSOR IS BAD! I guess the cardboard cut outs can't read. Get better Jones. I as well as all of your customers expect you to be professionals. More
