Well organized, clean and welcoming. Everyone was friendly and helpful from sales to service. Went looking for one vehicle and ended up buying two! The whole process was hassle free. I was at first a little Leary to buy one of the vehicles used but our sales person, Dylan, "steered" me toward a beautiful, very low mileage SUV/Truck that still had a long way to go on its original warranty. Plus the power train warranty this dealership adds to the sale is an awesome addition! I am still in sticker shock because the prices are a steep but it was the same everywhere we shopped. I haven't owned a Chevy since my first car (a Vega) many years ago. Glad to be driving one... two again. Oh, they also worked quickly and found us financing with good % rates. We went back not just once but twice to go over the sale and financing paperwork;..you know, "is this charge correct and how about this fee" etc, Trevor who is a " down to earth" type of guy, had no problem explaining it all, again and then again, in plain understandable terms. During our visit the Manager made sure he came by for a hello and a handshake and the person we had talked with on the phone came by and introduced herself putting a face with the voice. At this point I feel confident that our future service needs will be taken care of by a competent and caring staff. More

Most unprofessional service ever. Took car for oil leak had car for an ENTIRE month. Had to take back because still leaking was told was oil plug. It was not they scheduled car to be worked on on October 1 had car for an ENTIRE month. Had to take back because still leaking was told was oil plug. It was not they scheduled car to be worked on on October 19th. After multiple stops into dealership and phone calls I went straight to dealership once again talked to another manager and low and behold they were finally working on car on November 15th almost another ENTIRE month. I will be contacting General Motors corporate or who ever they answer to this is sooo unacceptable 2 months total just to fix leaking oil pan. More
