When I checked out, they had several "recommended" services that I had already paid for. I had to make them look them up to ensure I had already previously gotten them. Also they listed coolant as lea services that I had already paid for. I had to make them look them up to ensure I had already previously gotten them. Also they listed coolant as leaking but did not say a word to me about it at checkout. When I called back they claimed it mist not have been. Very poor organization! More
Making appointments was easy go there didn't think I was going to find a parking place. Was told by jones dealership we bought our gladiator in Savannah from we thought we was getting 2 free oil changes and going to find a parking place. So now I will be driving 45 minutes to Savannah,Tn just to get a oil change. The wait time was fast. More

I have purchased many vehicles over the years some new a some used so I have worked with many different dealerships and some of those dealerships my car was not purchased there and I still received friend some used so I have worked with many different dealerships and some of those dealerships my car was not purchased there and I still received friendly top notch service and this one not friendly and acted like they couldn’t care if you were there or not unless they knew the person that came in. I was very disappointed and will probably start getting serviced at Serra. Your Savannah location where I bought my car was super friendly when I made my purchase. But I have no reason to be in Savannah and don’t have the time to schedule a day over there to get my car serviced versus your Humboldt location, the Jackson area is more convenient for me to get serviced. at.. I have put off giving you a rating because I have never given a negative rating to any previous dealerships. I also have never had a dealership NOT hand you your keys back after the service and they park it out front and literally toss the keys on the seat , then after you pay tell you it’s parked out front and the keys are in it. This is the only dealership I have ever worked with that doesn’t even put a paper mat down and do what they can to insure your car stays clean. I have been to a couple dealerships that even cover the seat while they are working on it.(not that I expect you to do that one, just saying it is impressive) When I arrived I was the only one standing at the service desk, one Service Rep was on the phone I understood the other one wa just sitting there never greeted me or anytjing. The one on the phone was one that finally acknowledged me after they finished their call the other one never did acknowledge me, they never said hello or welcome to Jones. When I was acknowledged all that was said was…Do you have an. appointment ? No, sorry for your wait or how can I help you ? or what can we do for you today? I said I had an appointment for an oil change and told them my name, they said ok give me your keys our waiting area is over there we will get you when we are finished. Not personable at all. I felt more like a bother than a customer. . Also every other dealership I have worked with they DONT just text you about what they think needs done to your car according to the diagnostics, that day or in the near future. They come out in person and talk to you in case you have questions! That is what a service rep does! Friendly & personable customer service iIS important whether you have a used or new car, those are future or possibly repeat customers. Your Service Department can be an influence on whether a person comes back or not. I know it isn’t just me that feels that way and that will be part of my decision on where to buy my next vehicle new or used. I have worked with Serra Kia of Jackson on my last vehicle which I bought new when I lived in Johnson City but you would have thought I bought my vehicle at Serra they were awesome they treated me like I had been a lifelong customer. Your service dept. should take lessons from them. The worst part is my 2020 GMC iIS used BUT I BOUGHT it from Jones and was not happy with the all around customer service. Sorry just disappointed. Scheduled an appointment for Thurs morning June 27 at 8:30am to get a part replaced in our 2020 GMC Denali truck. Went ahead and arrived shortly after 8am. Had been told previously that appointment shoul 8:30am to get a part replaced in our 2020 GMC Denali truck. Went ahead and arrived shortly after 8am. Had been told previously that appointment should take about 1 hour so I waited for repairs to be done. No one ever came to me to say things were taking longer than expected. Finally at 10:30am, I went to Cody to see what was taking so long. He said let him check the status. He came back to say that they were sending him a quote on repairs & it should only be another 10-15 minutes. Finally at 11:10am I was pulling out of the parking lot. I understand things happen & sometimes take longer than originally expected, but let the customer know. If I had not gone up and asked, I am not sure how long I would have been at the dealership that day. More
