I had to proactively reach out repeatedly to get updates, including to find out my car was/had been ready. Staff was friendly but each phone call was a major headache, I ended up waiting on hold for 15+ mins including to find out my car was/had been ready. Staff was friendly but each phone call was a major headache, I ended up waiting on hold for 15+ mins each time, and often it just rang to a completely wrong person after I'd been on hold for so long, and I would have to start the process all over. The service dept would not even let me state my business before just throwing me on hold. Very frustrating. More
