Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review about your experience with us. We are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience, however we do feel it is very important to clear up the facts surrounding your review. Because we are a Chevrolet dealer, warranty work must be done according to General Motors guidelines. Your truck had an aftermarket utility bed and neither you nor GM would pay the labor on the bed removal. It is also my understanding that you told our service manager an alternative way to do it, without removing the bed, that was not in accordance with GM guidelines. You were given the option to have the bed removed by the shop of your choosing so that we could complete the warranty work as directed by General Motors. It is my understanding that we are the second Chevrolet dealer to explain GM policies regarding the aftermarket bed on your truck and while it is unfortunate that we were not able to complete the work on your vehicle, we must adhere to the policies in place in order to protect both our service department and you the customer by ensuring we do not void your warranty.
