Again we are so sorry about your situation. Our service manager was out that day and we dropped the ball. Unfortunately, as Customer Relations Manager, I don't control service operations and was sent in to diffuse the situation with the tools I had available. Based on our last phone call, I thought we had made things right by the over $200 discount we gave on the work and having your vehicle delivered to you via rollback truck after business hours (while our driver waited on payment until you finished the ballgame you were at) in order to accommodate your schedule. We've got big changes in store in the near future, and if you choose to return we hope to give you outstanding service.
