Above and Beyond Johnston’s Subaru Service Center is wonderful! I recently had some major issues with my Crosstrek and brought it into Johnston’s for repair. There Johnston’s Subaru Service Center is wonderful! I recently had some major issues with my Crosstrek and brought it into Johnston’s for repair. There was a question as to whether or not the repairs would be covered under warranty – and my service advisor (Sophia Amorosi) jumped right in and fought for me. Thanks to her caring and perseverance, the repairs were fully covered! I regularly take my car to Johnston’s and have always been very happy with the quality and cost of service, but Sophia’s extra effort blew me away! I thanked her profusely; she replied “I would want someone to do it for me.” Now that is customer service! Thanks again, Sophia. More

Service will not take your phone call I have 2 recalls for my Subaru legacy sedan. These recalls are mandatory and have to be done. Unfortunately the closest dealer is Johnstons Subaru. I I have 2 recalls for my Subaru legacy sedan. These recalls are mandatory and have to be done. Unfortunately the closest dealer is Johnstons Subaru. I called them to let them know I was running late for an appointment and could not get a service rep on the phone. Their phone skills are horrendous. They place you on hold for long periods of time and do not return to the phone or shoot you to a voice mail and no one calls you back. I now have to find another dealership to handle these recalls. What a worthless waste of my valuable time. Worst customer service ever from any car dealership!!! More
