A close friend recommended Steven Bandaronek is sales. I found him to be a pleasure to work with. He made trading in my old car easy. I was impressed with the friendliness of the business. My sales invoice didn't have a list of add ons specifically designed to add additional dealer profit. This is not to say there weren't additional services such as extended warranty and prepaid maintenance offered. These services weren't a hard sell, they were well explained and a good value. I purchased both of these options and am very happy I did. The service department looked like an environment where I could comfortably wait for my car while getting some business done at one of the desks provided. More

The waiting room where one spends time waiting for the car to be serviced could be more welcoming. Better and plentiful snacks and water plus a TV with Subaru information would be so much nicer for the cu car to be serviced could be more welcoming. I go to a Subaru dealership in TX that has a fridge with water and an assortment of plentiful snacks and a TV with Subaru info.and ads. The waiting area needs a makeover. More
