I called John Weddle, a wonderful member of the sales staff. I told him my story and his response was wow! How can we fix this for you??? John got me in a brand new 2017 Explorer right away. As a customer I felt like a family member of Johnson Ford. They worked till the finance was right and I could work with the payment.
