Jay Gjerseth showed us a few ford escapes and than I noticed this blue Lincoln MKC. Jay showed us the car and we took it for a ride. He answered all our questions and stayed with us as we figured out the technology on the car. Jay and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable about the car and were very friendly. We found out Jay was getting married this Saturday and shared some junk going on in our lives. We were very pleased with the car and the staff. More

We were allowed to take her with us when we tried out the vehicles we were interested in, as well as take into the office to complete the paperwork. We certainly were not expecting that but appreciated it. When we made the decision to make the purchase Jay and Tony were very helpful in explaining our options for maintenance agreements, etc. Jay answered our questions and explained all of the accessories and technology in the Escape and set up the phone for us.
