The guy who checked me in, lied about the depth of my tire tread in an effort to sell me over $900 in unnecessary tires. This has happened twice now. I purchase my cabing air filters and air filter under the hood from Autozone and I watched them install it. Less than 2 weeks out, I go in to Johnson City Toyota and I'm told I need new filters because mine are dirty. This happened 3 different times! Thats a total of 5 seperate occasions where I was lied to. If they lie to me, I'm curious how many other customers they have lied to. Explain to me how this aligns with your company's mission statement? It's so hard to find integrity in people. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from Johnson City, Toyota. We are obviously repeat customers who deserve to be treated with respect. I will be seeking alternatives for my vehicle maintenance. If you have your vehicle serviced at this location, you might want to consider a second opinion somewhere else. More
