Amanda Poore has helped me tremendously with the knowledge about the extras that I can buy for my new Camry and I sure do appreciate both of them and I would recommend Toyota to anyone that wanted to buy new car! The entire dealership staff was polite and respectful ...even after we signed the agreement! The listed car price was $1200 below neighboring dealerships which made a great starting point to bargain even further. Terry Sewell was professional, honest and very helpful with accessories we considered. Tyler Shuttle, the finance officer explained the documentation and warranties but was not overly aggressive to sell, and for that we are grateful. Based on our experience we will be back again! More

Not up to par My husband and I were car shopping and decided to look at a 2015 Toyota. A salesperson approached us and we told him exactly what we wanted and what My husband and I were car shopping and decided to look at a 2015 Toyota. A salesperson approached us and we told him exactly what we wanted and what was required on a new car. He pointed out a Camry and we test drove it. Seemed to be what we wanted so we decided to start negotiating. As the process proceeded, I noticed that two of our requirements were not on this car! So, back to the lot to find the right car. After a short time, we were back negotiating with another car. Not the easiest to deal with, but after a time, we came to an agreement. We left the lot with our new 2015 Camry with the temp plates attached. Our temp plate has expired and I contacted them and they stated the perm plate would be in the mail in a few days. We waited over a week, no plate. Called back and our salesman personally delivered another temp plate to us and said the perm. plates should arrive within the week.....a week has passed and still no perm. plate! What are they charging over $400 for???? They should be able to go and get the plate the next day and get it in the mail to the customer. More
