The service here is very very poor. The service center is very poor. I was charged $150.00 to test drive my truck because it was vibrating at 50 to 60 mph. They said it need a tune up. I The service center is very poor. I was charged $150.00 to test drive my truck because it was vibrating at 50 to 60 mph. They said it need a tune up. I told them it needed a tune up. They also used 1/2 a tank of gas.. I was given a estimate of $2000.00 to fix other problems, my bill was over $ 2000.00 and the work is still not finished, and they can not tell me how much more it will cost. I called the service manager, and left a message. It took him 4 days to call me back. He stated he was not at his desk. He would call me back. Four days later he did call and left me a message to call back. I have since left him two new messages and have not heard back. I call the service department, to try and the cost to finish the work. Again was told they would have to call be back. It has been two days and no return call. They never did tell me why my truck was vibrating. They did give a estimate for 4 new tires $7206.26. More

Purchase of 2015 Rav4 Communication, follow-up, and attention to detail have been amazing from this entire group of folks - They were willing to look nation-wide for a vehi Communication, follow-up, and attention to detail have been amazing from this entire group of folks - They were willing to look nation-wide for a vehicle in the make/model I wanted with specific options, then paid to have it brought here from another city for me to see. I have several vehicles and have dealt with several dealerships over time, but have never had the level of service I've had so far from this group. They are friendly, accommodating, and fun to be around. Oh, and they recommend great places to eat - Don't get Kelly started on Hokie Smokie - HA! I have already recommended my sales agent, Mark Lady, and this dealership to friends and will continue to do so. Terry was phenomenal in anticipating my needs and telling me all the things I didn't even know to ask questions about during final delivery...and we' laughed a lot! Just a great experience overall and I am a happy new Toyota owner! More

My wife and I made a visit to Toyota of Johnson City, her being interested in a 2015 4runner. She sat down with Kelly and Scott described what she liked and disliked about them, Kelly made a few recommendations, made a few clicks with mouse, and BAM! He turned the pc towards her and said I think her is what your looking for. He's great! He saw right into her mind ordered exactly what she wanted! Next thing you know WAMO! in a few weeks she is smiling and I'm spending money. Kelly done an outstanding job to make sure we got the best deal for the $! When the car came in our sales specialist was Chad, he went out of his way to help us! Our finance specialist was Shane, he too went out of his way to help us! Our customer representative was Terry, she also went out of her way to help us! I can't begin to say enough about how, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous each one was! Kelly (sales manager), Chad (sales specialist), Shane (finance specialist), Terry (customer representative specialist) and the detail folks in the back whom I don't know their names where all outstanding in assisting us in our vehicle purchase. Scott was our sales specialist on our initial visit, but when the car came in he had been promoted (congratulations on his success!). I can't express enough do not buy until you give them a try!!! This is my second purchase from Johnson City Toyota and I have had excellent service both times!!! For those of you that don't know, when someone can make me feel comfortable spending money they have moved mountains with spoons!!! These folks where all a part in doing that!!! Purchase of 2015 Tacoma Access Cab We were in town for the Bristol night race and were looking at used 4wd Tacomas on the lot but after looking at the new 2015 Tacoma Access Cab wanted We were in town for the Bristol night race and were looking at used 4wd Tacomas on the lot but after looking at the new 2015 Tacoma Access Cab wanted to see what kind of deal could be made on it. We arrived at Johnson City Toyota about 11am and within 2 1/2 hours we were driving off the lot with a brand new truck exactly the way we wanted it. Loved how fast and efficient the entire staff was. If and when I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will definitely return to Johnson City Toyota! More

New Car Buying Experience I have purchased my vehicles over the course of my life. This is a couple of first time experiences. I contacted the dealership via the internet to I have purchased my vehicles over the course of my life. This is a couple of first time experiences. I contacted the dealership via the internet to discuss a particular vehicle in inventory. This particular vehicle appeared to meet my needs. Andrea from internet sales contacted me and we reviewed several options. We agreed to the terms of sale and decided that my wife and I would come to Johnson City to drive the vehicle. Just to make it clear this was a three and half hour trip from our home in North Carolina. As you can imagine Johnson City is not the closest Toyota dealer to me. However, the fact that Andrea was prompt and followed-up was most important. Once we arrived at the dealership we found it to be a buyer friendly experience. Back to the first time experiences. The first time that I ever bought a vehicle via the internet and the first time I every bought a vehicle from a young lady. Both first but great experiences.
