Customer service I had parts ordered at the dealership at 3700 boulder highway. I was called they came in. I went to pick them up and was seen by Phil. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He showed us a floor plan for a camper I’d never seen. I fell in love with it. We didn’t buy at that time because I wasn’t sure I was ready to buy. When I finally decided the camper was what I wanted it was gone. That was in September. We went back last week and saw Cutter again. He remembered us and once again showed us a couple campers. He was very patient and accommodating. We never felt pressured to buy or make a decision. The service dept. did an excellent job installing the brake controller in my vehicle. Very clean no visible wires and they placed it in the perfect spot. The signing process was very fast and easy took about 5 mins. Overall time there was about 3 hours but I also needed hitch work done. Great job guys!!!!! Thank you Johnny Walker. More
