We bought our Jayco Class C from them in May of 2019. We chose this dealer based on reputation and "feel". When you purchase a new RV of any kind, expect some things need attention to make them work. The warranty is only as good as the dealer standing behind it, and Johnnie Walker will give all they have to make things right. Though problems have been minimal, they treat us with respect and professionalism every time we need to go in. I have read online about people driving away with their new RV from other dealers and having multiple issues. Evidently, Johnnie Walker actually goes thru the new units very thouroughly BEFORE delivery to catch any loose ends they can, because we had very few problems to bring it back for. Also, the delivery walk thru was quite thorough, and we drove out of there initially knowing quite a bit about how to operate our new RV. We would definately recommend them for a new or used RV. More

There was an issue that was steering us to a different direction but when he sent us to the service department to get the trailer inspected everything from there got better, Tom was very helpful and went above and beyond, he showed us everything they did to solve the issue and even helped us with a little hiccup we had towing out trailer out of the dealer, great and very knowledgeable guy. Then to end the journey, Tori from the customer care team reached out to us to make sure everything was ok and to extend their customer service if there were any further issues. all around great team and glad we did business with this dealer! Upon arrival Darcy Fitch got us right in for paperwork and we were in our new and clean RV, thanks to the service gentleman and manager Ray Arbesu, within an hour. Excellent dealership with excellent staff. I purchased a 5th wheel and traded-in my older trailer. Brad provided schooling on the operation and maintenance of the new 5th Wheel. Now, I am really confident. Angela and Ashley were patient with my needs for a new 5th wheel. They sent me pictures and talked by mobile phone until I was ready to purchase. The dealership is super clean and staffed very well. They have a great selection and can sell you what you need based on your specifications. They are my only dealer since 2016. Went to Johnnie Walker RV to look at a couple of travel trailers. When I decided which one, it only took about 30 minutes to do the paper work. The next day I was approved for the loan. Did the walk through, and everything was working. The salesman and tech support where very knowledgeable on everything I asked. I also get 10% off in the parts and service departments.
