Bought a 2018 Subaru Legacy at John Kennedy Subaru I have had American cars for over 20 years. I turned to Subaru because a Ford dealer had given me poor service on an older Ford Fusion I had bought f I have had American cars for over 20 years. Rude, incompetent Having to return our car for service for the same issue 4 times. Trying to set up service, the service attendant screamed at both myself and my husba Having to return our car for service for the same issue 4 times. Was told by the General Manager Anthony Barone that this individual is having issues adjusting his medication, so I should be understanding. This is a violation of this individual’s HIPPA policy and irrelevant to my car issue. Poor service, poor attitude, NO customer care. More

She found the vehicle I was looking for at another dealer and matched the price I found at another dealer. From start to finish, the process was completely smooth and pleasant.
