Quick and easy I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and Rob was able to answer all my questions. When he didn't know an answer he found someone that did. The process from start to finish was quick and painless. My biggest complaint, in general, with dealerships is when they try to sell you all the small options and addons. There was no shortage of that here but Rob gave me the right amount of information while allowing me time to read and consider the options. I never felt pushed. Excellent service and great to work with. Dealership knew my needs and what car I specifically wanted (Year, Make , Model, Trim, Color). I needed to be at a certain cost that made sense for me Dealership knew my needs and what car I specifically wanted (Year, Make , Model, Trim, Color). I needed to be at a certain cost that made sense for me financially, they took the time out to understand why and we discussed all options and I was very pleased to drive out with my new 2019 Subaru Forester. Excellent sales reps that made you feel like you were a valued customer, not just another sales number. When went in to finalize the car sale, they took the time to stay later (accommodate my schedule), helped me switch insurance as well as little things I didn't think of while switching cars. They also took the time to really show me how to navigate the new car, being my old car was 10years old and had virtually no "buttons" and just power windows. It was a bit scary going from a basic car to one with probably over 50 features and upgrades. Everyone from the online customer support, sales rep, associate who helped me test drive, who helped me finalize sale and showed my all of the amazing features on understand and be comfortable with the new vehicle. I did not make the process an easy one but they adapted and were extremely helpful in helping me finalize this major decision of buying a new car. More
