Had a very good ordering and buying experience at John Kennedy Ford of Phoenixville. I worked with Dillon S and Jesus D provided some updates. Did the Final checkout with Jim M. Called and went into many other dealers in my area to order a 2024 Dark Horse most were playing the usual markup and allocation games. But at John Kennedy Ford of Phoenixville, they were truthful about the whole prosses they said it might not get built its up to Ford. But showed me they had an allocation on order and it was available to be changed to what I wanted. So, I went in and placed the order on 4/19/24 they did not even want a deposit I offered and they told me it is not needed. Almost all dealers want at least $500 down. Then on 5/22/24 I was updated that my order now received a vin this pretty much guarantees it will be built by Ford. At this point I asked if they wanted a deposit, they just replied back not to worry the Dark Horse is mine. they then gave me the vin so I could track it on fords build tracker I checked that thing like 50 times a day lol. They updated me along the way for all the build stuff like when the window sticker was available and when it was shipping out. Car was built from 8/12/24-8/18/24 it shipped out on 8/20/24 and got to them on 9/4/24 I picked it up the same day. They even followed all my special requests such as not to wash it or peel the protective stuff off. as it was going to a detailer to get Full PPF. The day of pickup they asked what accessories I wanted installed such as the Front splitter, gurney flap, under body strakes, I asked for all to be installed except the wheel locks. and of course there was no mark up on the limited production Dark Horse just MSRP how it should be no games were played just a very good experience all round. I found Mr Rahm to be quite knowledgeable in your industry, as well as, a very down to earth and amicable person to deal with. I was under a lot of stress and Mr Rahm was able to ease the pain. He was able to find a 2022 Hyundai Accent, with 23,000 miles on it very quickly. On Friday, May 10, 2024, I was in this vehicle. Mr Rahm is a top notch and very nice individual. Give him a promotion. I recently had a used car in for an evaluation before purchasing, this was made clear during scheduling. I was told they had a set price of 150.00 to fully evaluate the car in hopes of negotiating a buyi purchasing, this was made clear during scheduling. I was told they had a set price of 150.00 to fully evaluate the car in hopes of negotiating a buying price. I picked up the car only to find out they did the same or less than a Pa inspection. This is about 75.00 dollars at the same dealership. I was overcharged at least 75.00 dollars they admitted only testing done is mostly visual and pulling a wheel. I found diagnostic codes in the system using my own tester and replaced the evaporator cannister. I called back and was told to bring it back in and they would put on diagnostic machine. What?? That was the point of coming in. Long story short I was overcharged and lost confidence bringing the car to another mechanic that diagnosed a failing starter, faulty intermittent oil pressure switch and cleared further trouble codes. They did not back up the work or be upfront, nor did they offer to refund any money for not doing a proper evaluation. Poor customer service I will not use again, in addition, they have a many all new staff. More

Now my family is getting bigger, needed an Expedition, called Dan up, he did everything behind the scenes, as soon as my car shows up, i'll be in and out of there in a flash with an amazing deal on a great new vehicle. Just what I was looking for When I arrived at the dealerships, looking for a specific vehicle I saw on their website, I was greeted by Eric. Eric answered all of my questions and concerns about the vehicle and we went for a test drive. Any concerns or issues with the vehicle were repaired and replaced within a few days prior to purchasing it. I later met Rob that same evening, who also processed all of the paperwork the day I picked up the vehicle. The customer service I received from both Eric and Rob was awesome. They made the purchase of this vehicle very easy. It was well worth the drive to Phoenixville. Drove 5 hours to buy a car and it was worth it! I was looking for a vehicle with all of the features I wanted and after searching my area (Richmond VA) for about 2 weeks, I expanded my search and fo I was looking for a vehicle with all of the features I wanted and after searching my area (Richmond VA) for about 2 weeks, I expanded my search and found it at John Kennedy Ford- Phoenixville. My only hesitation was driving 5 hours (one way) to then go through a typical sales pitch and having to drive back home without the vehicle. From the moment I spoke with Eric I knew this was going to be a different type of sales experience. He was genuinely interested in helping me and making the process as painless as possible since I was so far away. He did all of the work on his end including bringing in Trevor and Rob on the financing side to eliminate any concern I would have driving all that way. I felt comfortable enough to make the trip, stayed in a hotel overnight and was at the dealership when they opened. I needed to be back in Richmond VA for an event so I told Eric that I would need to be on the road by 10:30am (hoping to be out by 11:30) :). At 10:29 Eric, Trevor, and Ken (GM) all said let's get you on the road so you can get back for your event. I was on the road at 10:30 sharp! These guys are the real deal, they listen, and are truly interested in helping people instead of just selling another car. I will drive another 5 hours in the future to buy my next car from John Kennedy Ford- Phoenixville! More

There was no pressure and I felt he actually was more interested in my needs than selling me a car. He worked out a great deal and made the financing a piece of cake. I also appreciated a follow-up e-mail from Ken Nixon, the General Manager. I work in a Customer Service Field, and I know Great Customer Service when I see it.
