Ford Service First time i went to the dealer on December for my car .On the dashboard the car is on park it still says shift to park i made an appointment on the m First time i went to the dealer on December for my car .On the dashboard the car is on park it still says shift to park i made an appointment on the morning when i went there i stood for 15 minutes Nobody ask me you need some help then a Women on service department ask who you got appointment with i told its Christopher but he even talk to me after 5 minutes .After that he told me the car need a new sensor i have to make an different appointment so took the day on 01/07/2016 on 10:00 Am i ask service Advisor how long it takes to fix the car he told me at least 2 hours he gave the car back 1:45 PM Not only that i have to go back there ask all updates of the car . Then i ask him 12:30 whats going on he said i rapping everything the paper work after that again it took One hour 15 minutes Then i saw the car is washed up but not cleaned with towels.So i had to clean the car again with towels on my house other wise the water drop marks will appear on the car from sunlight i didn't ask for car wash . That was my experience from Hopkins Ford or John Kennedy Jenkintown. More

Service Staff was friendly and prompt (no unreasonable wait time making the appointment, dropping off, or picking up) Performed all requested service (and a couple other minor tweaks here and there - yes, I noticed) but they even had it all washed and ready to roll by the time I requested it to be done (and it was a little more involved than they originally estimated). A+ service, guys! Thank you! Service like that brings me back for everything. More

My advise to everyone visiting this dealership to shop for a car: deal with Leroy Schwartz! This guy will get you there, guaranteed! I was shopping for a 2011 Infiniti G class they had (someone traded Inf for a car: deal with Leroy Schwartz! This guy will get you there, guaranteed! I was shopping for a 2011 Infiniti G class they had (someone traded Infiniti in for a new Ford). I had a very high expectations and was trying to get *un-freaking-realistic* price for it. Guess what: I spent there 2 hours and get the price I want for that car. Another hour later I drove away on my 2011 Infiniti. As I said: Leroy will get you the right car for the right price. I really appreciate he was flexible and heard me. I would definitely do the business with Leroy and this dealership again. More

My experience at John Kennedy ford, was easy, fun, and exciting. I was welcomed by warms smiles, firm hand shakes, and honesty. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into to anything.
