He makes me feel relaxed and always listens to and answers all of my questions. I have dealt with Mike when he worked at another dealership and he has always been very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The other staff at John Kennedy Ford make you feel like family. I have always and will continue to recommend to my family and friends this dealership when they are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. From Monday through Friday we visited large dealerships, small used car lots, and even tried some of the newer online options. On Friday we stopped in Kennedy Ford where I met a very knowledgeable salesman named Frank. My credit situation is far from stellar and certainly presents banks with the type of high risk scenario they usually shy away from. Frank dedicated his entire day to helping me find a car that was newer and had less miles than anything else we saw anywhere! At 7:00 P.M. on Friday, smiling ear to ear, I drove out of Kennedy Ford parking lot in my new, pristine 2012 Chevy Traverse with only 30,000 miles. Frank and his finance team were great! I heard them in their private office making my case to the bank for why the bank should finance my loan. They did not stop there. Even after they had a bank to finance my loan at a rate and price I would have accepted, they still kept working it until my payment was comfortably affordable. I honestly did not think I was going to end up with such a nice car, but Frank and the finance managers at Kennedy Ford made it happen. Thank you guys! It's Saturday night and I am still smiling ear to ear! More

This weekend I stopped in to start looking for my next vehicle & after 4.5 hours with George I ended up with a brand new 2017 Ford Edge SEL. Joe M. is the Sales Consultant who worked with me. His professionalism as well as his kind, patience, informative, and cheerful manner made the experience outstanding! I felt that Joe and the entire staff whom I met were personable. Everyone made me feel welcome and very willing to assist me in any way possible. For example, Joe and the staff paid attention to every detail and took initiatives to make the purchase experience of my new Explorer over the top. For example, I purchased an add-on that wasn't quite right once it was installed. Joe brought it to my attention when I was taking delivery of the vehicle and before I even looked at it in the vehicle. He and the dealership staff were already in the process of working out a remedy. The remedy was installed yesterday and it looks perfect! It looks as if it were factory installed and doesn't even look like an add-on. I have purchased several new cars over the years. I can honestly say that this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I look forward to a continuing relationship with John Kennedy Ford as I plan to use their service department.
