Found one that I was interest in on line I did an online chat and was happy with the information I was given they put me in touch with a live person named Jackie who set up a test drive, they had to bring the explorer from another location. I was put in touch with Pete Gonzalez salesman who had the vehicle waiting for me when I came in. Asked Pete if it was ok for me to take it to my mechanic he said no problem an he would see me when I came back. I took it and it passed his inspection note I have been using the same mechanic for 20 years. Went back to dealer did paper wok and went home. I would gladly recommend Pete Gonzalez at John Kennedy ford of Conshohocken to any one I know looking for a car. They are a local dealership to were I live and it was great not to have to drive between locations they did all the work for me. Also after I had made my purchase I found out from a sister that they had purchased at least 6 cars over the years from John Kennedy Ford different location. No Better place than Ford of Conshohocken This was the best car purchase experience I have ever been through. Everyone knows that when your buying a new car whether its with leasing one or fin This was the best car purchase experience I have ever been through. Everyone knows that when your buying a new car whether its with leasing one or financing the process takes time. Well the Ford dealership of Conshohocken was magnificent with customer service and made the place feel very welcoming. It went from Marty Reid, welcoming me at the front desk and asking several times if I would like coffee or a bottle of water to make sure I was taken care of for the next available salesperson. Than I was lucky to have Dan McDonald who went all in for me to find the best possible deal and made sure I was really taken care of as a ford family member and not just another client. Which than leads me to the best part of my experience which was with my salesman Kevin Bonner. Kevin was amazing to work with. He talked to me as a person and not just a client. He went over every detail so I was completely comfortable with what the plan was and how we were going to get this deal done. He also went out of his way to make sure I understood how the last deal I made was not a consumer friendly deal and I realized that the previous dealership got a sale from me, but didn't earn my trust as a client. Kevin and Ford did listen to my needs on what I was looking for and made sure that I wasn't just another client, but more of a family member. See, I was trading in a car that need a lot of TLC, tender, love and care for those who don't know the expression. I was in a bad spot and these great people helped me take a bad situation and made it work out to be an unbelievable and unforgettable experience. I will not go elsewhere to buy a car again and will recommend anyone buying a car whether its new or used, please give these wonderful people a chance to work for you because a family can never be too big. After driving both, Chris Mancini offered an extended test drive and let me take the explorer home for the night to see how the car seats and kids fit in it. These guys have the most patience and best attitudes I’ve EVER seen in a dealership. I ended up looking into the expedition, which they had several to decide between. I took home 3 different vehicles, ran numbers several times on each, cried my eyes out because I wasn’t ready to part with my Wrangler several times and even left with it crying one day because I wasn’t ready to part with it. All over the course of 3 days. Not once in those 3 days did anyone I was working with pressure me into anything. I was not once bombarded with calls or emails. Curtis, at the front desk, was extremely patient and understanding through the process. He kept me updated when vehicles were ready for me to pick up from their other locations. Matt was my actual salesman once I was finished working with Chris, the GM, about which vehicle I wanted and running numbers. Chris even bumped up my trade in amount 3 times when I said no to the first two payouts. Matt was extremely personable and easy to work with. He was a great mix of professional yet goofy/friendly. They all did a fabulous job helping explain the difference between my two final choices, and helping make the right decision to not only benefit my pocket but my needs in a new vehicle. Matt made the paperwork quick and painless, which was beyond necessary due to my emotions trading in my Jeep. This was my best experience ever buying and selling a vehicle (even though 4 days later I’m still in tears about trading my Wrangler).
