It's been years since I've bought a car and I wasn't sure if I wanted a Toyota RAV4 or a Honda CRV; I was very forthright in my approach and found Melissa to be the same. Rather than selling me a car, she took the time to explain the trim package options so I could quickly narrow my selection - then she patiently displayed all the wonderful features of the CRV and I was smitten. I did due diligence and checked out Toyota with the exact same forthright approach, but at the first Toyota dealer they had NO 2013 RAV4s with the trim package I was interested it taking me to several different older models and asked me to imagine what they were describing. The second Toyota dealer was simply not knowledgeable; I knew more than he did. Finally the Toyota sales manager intervened but told me to work with the ill-equipped sales person... Although the sales manager said he would beat any other price, I didn't want to work with that sales person. Melissa knows her product, is honest, and gracious even after the sale (as I learn Bluetooth and the Navi system...) Thank you Melissa! Even the 2 man team who brought my old car home were professional, both shook my hand, even remembered me a week later when I dropped by. These things make a difference Honda - keep it up! More

In short, Chad made this deal what I had hoped for - no game playing with me between himself and the sales manager - simply a superb deal, and a pleasant experience with no complaints or regrets. How often can a buyer say that? Rarely, if ever! I could not be more pleased with Chad's integrity (he did exactly as he said he would), his attentiveness and professionalism.
