Hi there, We do have a pro-pack, which includes things that majority of people purchase anyways such as floor mats, protection film over specific areas etc. This isn't required , however most of our clients opt for it because it saves them money by bundling items they would have otherwise purchased at a higher price. We also can order any van you would like without any dealer extras. I'm not sure if this was explained to you or not but we certainly should have been more informative prior to you coming in.
